We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from being friendly to keeping the store clean, organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store with a friendly tone.
• Make Cigar and other product recommendations
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales and keep the space organized and clean.
• Maintain in-stock and forecast ordering process.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• communicate and collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper operations
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication skills
• A friendly and HIGH energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
